I’d like to christen this week ‘hazy days’. The Sun has entered dreamy Pisces, giving the next four weeks an inspired but at times vague quality. Emotion, intuition and inspiration are in focus.
In addition, the Sun aligns with Neptune mid week (Wednesday). This is a potent energy and represents a release of all things Neptunian into the cosmos. This means anything to do with energy, feelings, sensitivity (physical, emotional, energetic), creativity and spirituality. We’re in the realm of the ‘otherworld’, where what’s sensed but not often clear dominates.
Follow your feelings, but be aware what you feel is not necessarily fact.
This is especially so with Mercury, the main communication planet, slowing down and entering his next retrograde on the weekend. This can bring the opportunity to slow down and review, giving you the chance to feel your way into, around and through recent events. It can also create some confusion as to what’s happening and when, so be patient as schedules and plans adjust under these fluid skies.
I’ve popped together a post on Mercury retrograde, with lots of tips and tricks for making it work for you. Pop over here for that. In 2013, Mercury’s retrogrades activate the water signs, which I’ve covered here.
Saturn has just stationed, emphasising 11 degrees of the fixed signs. For more on this, pop over here, or grab my ebook here.
The Moon is waxing, continuing to grow and open towards the Full Moon early next week. It’s a great week for moving forward, expanding and growing. Just double check details – Mercury retrograde might be tiresome but it’s nothing a little forward planning or double checking can’t help manage.
The Moon moves through Gemini, Cancer and Leo, so these signs/houses in your chart are the areas most energised.
The movement of the Moon through Cancer (Thurs/Fri) is notable as the combination of the waxing Moon plus the fertile water sign of Cancer creates a super energy for growth. It’s a great couple of days for planting in the garden, or attending to any personal grooming where you want to encourage growth. (And off to the hairdresser we all go!)
The exciting Jupiter/Uranus sextile continues, as does the powerful Saturn/Pluto sextile.
It’s the kind of week where a little focus helps you tap into the current of inspiration, but you might also enjoy simply coasting along.
Over to you….how are you finding all the watery influences so far?
