Sagittarius, the Archer, was placed in the sky by Zeus, the king of the gods, as a reward for his loyalty and bravery. Sagittarius was a mortal man who was known for his excellent archery skills. One day, Zeus was having a disagreement with the other gods and called upon Sagittarius to help him. Sagittarius used his bow and arrow to shoot down the other gods' weapons and helped Zeus to win the argument. In order to show his appreciation, Zeus placed Sagittarius in the sky as a constellation.
