Each year, before sitting down to write the annual horoscopes for Wellbeing, I create a chart wheel that highlights all the astrology of the year ahead.
It’s both visual (as you can see) plus symbolic. The back side to this wheel is full of astro shorthand about which planets are making which aspects and when. This is my reference for when I am in the thick of horoscope writing.
One other thing this handy guide helps highlight is which dates or periods are more active, in terms of multiple aspects, than others. So with that in mind, I present to you the busiest few days each month for the rest of 2014.
These days are not essentially good or bad, but they are active.
When a variety of different planets connect or comingle around the same time, things get stirred up. Opportunities come out of the woodwork and truths come to light. Honest conversations may be more easily had and complex situations can unravel into something full of ease.
On these days it’s like the matrix is being shuffled and within that adjustment things that weren’t an option may be possible. So grab them. Take the moment if it arises. After all, the point of life is to live in service of your truth, and if a melting pot kind of day helps that along that can only be good right?
October 9 – 11
So October. In short, a busy month. These few days? Wham! Total lunar eclipse, Sun fired up by Uranus and Pluto, Venus in the mix and the lingering vibe of the grand fire trine. Active, open and all shook up.
November 10 – 18
Mars will be in Capricorn; Venus splits her time between Scorpio (first half of the month) and Sagittarius (second half of the month). On these dates Mars will trigger the Uranus/Pluto square pattern adding focussed fuel to the fire. Venus will be at odds with Jupiter and then working hand in hand with Saturn. Love, dating and relationship experiences may stretch or test you.
Also the Sun in Scorpio unites with Saturn for the annual Saturn pulse on November 18. This spotlights the cycle of Saturn in Scorpio and will help reveal the value in limits and the need for discipline.
December 21
Venus is now in Capricorn and will combine with Pluto and square off with Uranus. This can make dating and relationship experiences intense, deep, intimate and yet still unexpected. A flexible, spontaneous attitude can help.
Mars will be in free spirited Aquarius and interacting with quirky Uranus. You may be inspired to put your own spin on tradition this year, or break with regular holiday routines for something exotic or exciting. Write your own rules!
