I’ve loved it for years, and since walking down the aisle to it at my wedding (ok, maybe that part is the cliché!) listening to it now always evokes memories of our ceremony on Maui, blue skies above, cool breeze below and frolicking whales in the distance. This song – and those memories – create instant calm for me. Weirdly this piece of music not only calms and grounds me but I also find the airy feel of it energising.
