Feeling like life is moving faster than you can keep up? Or that things are changing in surprising, shocking or unexpected ways?
Sounds like you have a case of Uranus! Either as a dominant transit, or via an important progression.
Examples of this temporary yet influential trigger might include:
– Uranus conjunct, square or opposing your Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus or Mars
– Secondary progressed Sun, Ascendant or personal planet (Mercury, Venus or Mars) conjunct, square or opposing your natal Uranus
If so, your antidote is to consciously embrace even small changes to help give the energy of Uranus an outlet in your life.
Small changes might include:
– wearing your favourite jewellery on the opposite body part. IE moving your watch from one wrist to the other.
– varying your regular routines, like taking an alternate route to work, the shops or exploring a new walking or running path.
– turning your day upside down. Doing something you normally do in the morning later in the day and vice versa.

Shaking up the little things can give you courage to contemplate a more radical or authentic change, which is ultimately what you may be craving – even unconsciously – during a Uranus trigger.
Bigger or more dramatic changes might include:
– moving.
– studying, teaching, writing or starting to get more involved in social media or online projects.
– meeting new people or making new friends, and perhaps spending less time with friendships that have grown stale, tired or dated.
– taking up a new quirky or unconventional hobby.
– daring to make an authentic rather than the safe or traditional decision (you could apply this to any area of life – work, money, love, family)
– changing your work schedule so you have more freedom, independence or autonomy, like going freelance or starting your own business.
It’s common to feel restless or like you have itchy feet during a Uranus trigger. You might be impatient or a little reckless compared to usual. This can be a good thing, especially if it helps you make a clean break from something that’s keeping you hemmed in. Under Uranus you are ready to be a bit rebellious and stage a kind of jail break on behalf of your spirit.
Have you had a Uranus transit? What kinds of changes did you make?
