I don’t know about you but I was really looking forward to this (past) long weekend. The start of 2014 has been a whirlwind, with one exciting project after another, but there’s barely been time to stop. (Hello, cardinal cross!)
And, with Easter almost as late as it can be, it means we’re already 1/3 of the way through the year – it’s 10 weeks to July 1!!!
Time is indeed flying by, or I’m getting older (Or, both!!)
So I really enjoyed having a few days down time, and did a whole lot of not much really. Read some books, pottered in the garden and hung out with hubby. All very low key.
Which was a good thing as this week is off to a cracking start, with a dynamic third quarter Moon to jolt us back into reality.
The Sun entered Taurus over the weekend, reminding you that slow and steady is the ideal pace. The next four weeks can be a time of re-focusing on practical matters – especially to do with money, material stuff and physical pleasure.
The Moon spent Sunday/Monday in hardworking Capricorn which may have contributed to a low key celebration, or a more frugal strategy compared to normal long weekends.
By Tuesday the Moon will enter Aquarius, and square the Sun in Taurus. This hard angle helps release energy, and represents a double intensity focus on themes like authenticity, walking your talk and breaking away from following the crowd.
All together now, this is about authentic action.
Use the start of this week to shake up tired routines, and insert a little refreshing rebellion into your life. After all, it’s your journey and you get to determine what really matters. Dare to go your own way!
What would you change if it would bring you freedom? How can you be more authentic?
