What to watch for:

* Becoming the ears and eyes for someone else
* Important strategizing behind the scenes
* Favorable agreements after a little harmless finagling
* Taking time, slowly working through a disagreement or tricky situation

In the meantime Venus is slowing down to turn retrograde in the next week, and the Jupiter/Saturn square is heating up. There is a generational transformation at work right now. A new generation is stepping into adulthood while an older generation is learning to let go and begin the journey of old age. This is never an easy transition for either side, and yet it can be exciting if both sides play their parts with mutual respect for one another. The fact that this is happening during a Venus retrograde also symbolizes a concurrent transformation of values and the subjects of authority, pride, and control. Relinquishing control and giving it to someone else is something that happens either through the generosity of the heart or the trust of the spirit…the alternative is to have it taken away more forcefully…which creates bitterness and resentment for everyone.
