This week brings a truly electric combination of planets as Venus and Jupiter get as close as possible, and both spark off exciting Uranus.
To add extra celestial fire, the Moon in Sagittarius mid week forms a grand fire trine to Uranus in Aries and Venus + Jupiter in Leo too.
The week closes with the grounded Full Moon in Capricorn, but before we get to that there’ll be cosmic fireworks and energising connections.
Of all the astro action tied to Uranus this week, it’s the Venus trine Uranus aspect that dominates. This supportive pairing is most active on Monday and Tuesday and occurs between 20 Aries and 20 Leo.
So what will Venus + Uranus joining forces mean? Excitement, energy, progress and breakthroughs. Connection that sparks new ideas, or leads to inventions and innovation. This may be especially likely in the realm of relationships, money, luxury, art or beauty, as well as in fields to do with science, technology and anything to do with alternative wisdom and insight.
Yes, Venus is moving slowly BUT the power of dynamic Uranus can help reveal potential and possibilities, even if they take time to fully manifest.

Even as Venus dances with Uranus, she has her sights set on a juicy pairing with Jupiter. Tuesday – Thursday brings the peak of the Venus conjunct Jupiter aspect at 21 Leo. To give you the highlights, Venus and Jupiter joining brings the two more positively viewed planets together.
While neither has particular dignity at 21 Leo, there is a special feeling of positivity, hope and optimism that’s created when these two generally happy or upbeat planets connect. You might be inspired to take a meaningful risk, or do something about adding joy to your life. This can be about generally good experiences, or help you add luxury, ease or comfort to life.
Venus and Jupiter will actually unite 3 times in the next few months, twice in Leo and once in Virgo. These include:
– July 1, 21 Leo
– August 4, 28 Leo (Venus retrograde)
– October 25, 15 Virgo
This creates a three part process. Events or possibilities promised this week may grow, then pause, then blossom, then pause, before finally fulfilling their promise towards the end of October. It’s a classic “two steps forward, one step back” process of trial and error.
As Venus and Jupiter meet in Leo all you have to do is grab the idea or dream in your heart and take a little action to help make it manifest. Make that phone call, send that email, pitch that project.

Adding extra spice to the week is Mercury in Gemini, who will, chime into this sparky fire combinations as he makes sextiles to Uranus in Aries, and to Venus + Jupiter in Leo, from Wednesday – Saturday. This helps emphasise, repeat and strengthen the sense of possibilities and new potentials that can emerge this week. These sextiles trigger 20 – 23 degrees of Aries, Gemini and Leo.
Mercury is in more of a completion phase, as he prepares to change signs (into Cancer) next week. Use the late Mercury in Gemini vibe to help you network, study, write, teach or share your ideas.
With Mercury sextile Uranus, from 20 Gemini to 20 Aries on Wednesday/Thursday (depending on your location), mental sparks can fly as your mind opens to consider wild new possibilities. I firmly believe that change starts in the mind, so what you ponder this week can help pave the way for an exciting new version of your life.
Since Mercury will also sextile Venus and Jupiter, (22 – 23 Gemini/Leo, Friday – Sunday) there is a quality of sweetness, magnetic attraction and fun, flirty and lighthearted connections.
