Personally, Jupiter in Leo is activating my 6th House, associated with health, wellness and daily routines (both personal and work related). It’s no surprise that I am taking a more active interest in my own wellbeing, and exploring a wide variety (the Jupiter approach!) of techniques, tools and therapies.
I’ve come across two resources I thought you dear reader might also enjoy, and so from my own personal experiences I offer these two suggestions for wellness.
Meditation – nothing new here! Years ago, when I was still working as a massage therapist in Sydney, a client and I both shared a love of Brian Weiss’ meditations. One of my favourites, a meditation for healing, is available to listen to free online. You can access this approx 20 min meditation here.
Ayurveda – recently this book, by Deepak Chopra, ‘What Are You Hungry For?’ caught my eye at the library. It’s full of useful tips, but also provides an accessible introduction to Ayurveda, a traditional India approach to wellness which determines which of three dosha profiles you might fall into.
Each dosha benefits best from unique styles of eating, exercise and lifestyle rituals. I am mostly Vata, (you find this out in Part 1 of the quiz) but have a bit of Kapha stuff going on in my body at the moment (Part 2 of the quiz!). Curious? Take a dosha quiz via the Chopra website here.
Do you have any fave self care rituals you’d like to share? Do you know what house Jupiter in Leo will trigger in your chart?
