Matteus 16:18,
“Og jeg sier også til deg:Du er Peter, og på denne klippen vil jeg bygge min kirke; og helvetes porter skal ikke seire over det.»

Mange drømmer om å se pastoren utføre den ene eller den andre aktiviteten. Disse aktivitetene kan enten være gode eller for merkelige for menigheten. Avhengig av fruktene pastoren bærer, er drømmer om en kirke imidlertid et bilde på frelse og guddommelig myndighet.

Når du skal bestemme hva det vil si å drømme om kirken, er det veldig viktig å fokusere på detaljene i drømmen og hva som skjer i kirken din, eller at pastorer og medlemmer fortsetter å bestemme deres korrekte tolkning.

Kirken er et sted for tilbedelse og bønn av kristne. Enten du er en trofast person eller ikke, hvis du drømmer om en kirke og hvor du våknet lykkelig, er dette en god drøm. Det betyr at du kommer til å se Guds hånd over livet ditt når du snart besøker kirken. Drømmen om kirken kan være positiv eller negativ avhengig av hvordan den spilte i drømmen din.

Menighetens størrelse, struktur og mennesker har også mye å si når man produserer de åndelige betydningene. Mange har snakket eller tvilt på salvelsen av noen pastorer som leder noen kirker. Dette betyr ikke nødvendigvis at de ikke er god prest eller pastor i samfunnet vårt.

Andre betydninger å ha i bakhodet når du krysser kirken i drømmene dine ved mange anledninger. Følgende er åndene som omgås kirken. De er som følger:

DRØM OM KIRKEN – MENIGHET

Jeremia 6:16
«Så sier Herren:Stå på veiene og se og spør etter de gamle stier, hvor er den gode vei, og gå på den, så skal dere finne hvile for deres sjeler. Men de sa:Vi vil ikke gå der.»

Kirkedrøm er et veldig vanlig fenomen som oppleves av mange trofaste kristne. Det gjenspeiler deres engasjement, lidenskap og tro på Gud. Å drømme om kirken er en pekepinn for et sunt kristent liv. Det finnes mange forskjellige typer kirker og de har forskjellige læresetninger. For eksempel kan en kirke se uanstendige påkledninger blant medlemmene som ingenting. Mens andre pinsemenigheter kan rynke pannen totalt. Det er viktig å finne ut hva som får deg til å drømme om kirken din eller pastorene dine.

Hvis du drømmer om mennesker som priser Herren i en kirke, indikerer det takksigelse og takknemlighet. Det betyr også at folk refererer til Herrens navn. Hvis du ser at menigheten klager bittert over hovedpastoren, betyr det at ledelsen har blitt kompromittert, og derfor vil det påvirke folket negativt. Kanskje du har noen pastorer som ikke er klarert, som drømmer om at han gir råd om at du kan gi dårlige frø til deg. Hvis du lever et lykkelig kristent liv, er kirkedrømmen å oppmuntre deg til ikke å gi opp å delta på noen av gudstjenestene.

Menigheten er Kristi legeme, som han er hodet for. Efeserne 1:22-23. Kirkedrømmen er alltid forbundet med trosbygging, arbeid i Guds vingård og livnæring av hans ord under en tildelt prest/pastor. Du har kanskje denne drømmen fordi du faller tilbake, er urolig, eller du blir brukt til å manipulere folks sinn mot pastorens handling.

Mange besøker bevisst en bestemt kirke når de vil vite alt om pastortroen, makten og læresetningene, men faktum er at kirken som drømmesymbol er ganske annerledes enn byggingen av en kirke. Selv om du besøker en feil kirke i en drøm, indikerer det en ulempe med synd og ondskap.

Hvis du er en kristen som tror på kirkens kraft, og ser deg selv besøke kirken din i drømmen, eller kanskje du blir invitert til en kirke av vennen din, betyr det at Gud venter på å velsigne deg i en kirke. Når du endelig går, viser det at Gud vil møte deg når du trenger det. Ta saken om Jonas som et eksempel.

Mange frustrerte mennesker sluttet å gå i kirken for det ene eller det andre. Men hvis du ikke er troende, og du drømmer om å delta i gudstjenesten, betyr dette at Gud prøver å endre identiteten din, forvandle deg og bringe deg helt tilbake til Kristus (Kol 1:13).

Denne drømmen kan også bety at en bestemt person eller gruppe mennesker fra kirken kan komme for å forkynne Guds ord til deg, for å vinne dine sjeler for Kristus (Matt 6:33). Er du en røyker, fylliker, hor, tyv, troløs kristen etc? Bibelen sier at når du hengir deg til denne og mange andre fordømmelige handlinger, vil du ikke arve Guds rike. Så viktigheten av dette budskapet er for ekte omvendelse, restitusjon og tilgivelse.

Hvis du tenker på den neste kirken å gå for dine mirakler, eller gjennombrudd, kan utseendet til drømmekirken oppstå. Og en slik drøm kan være et tegn på at du har problemer med troen din, eller at du rett og slett ikke vet hvordan du skal behandle dine nåværende problemer med de riktige bønnene.

Men den type kirke du går til kan bidra til bønnelivet ditt eller redusere det til bønneløshet. Hyppige drømmer om kirken din kan også reflektere tankene dine om tjenesten din i den kirken og mulige medlemmer som prøver å frustrere deg. Denne drømmen kan også være et symbol på dine forberedelser til å utvide din sak ved å jobbe for ham.

2 Timoteus 4:3-4, «For den tid skal komme da de ikke vil tåle den sunne lære; men etter sine egne lyster skal de samle lærere for seg selv med kløende ører; And they shall turn away [their] ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

Dream activities in some areas.

• If you dream of singing in a church , if you are not a chorister, it means God wants to use you greatly in that department, to make you useful in the church and promote your destiny. But if you are a chorister at present, it means you are going to achieve your aims through your voice. David did this and he was elevated.
• If you dream of praying in the church , it means your spiritual antenna is alive. If you don’t know how to pray in the real life, this type of dream will boost your prayer life and increase your faith level if you have been working towards your spiritual development. Generally, it shows that you will win, conquer, victorious, testify, heal through prayers. Do not give up. Since God answers prayers, you must not stop praying.
• If you see an empty church (No one in the church), This is a bad sign. If you are a pastor, it means you are going to experience sharp decrease of members in your church, lose of anointing and it also portend a clear sign that the gate of hell is trying to prevail against your ministries. However, if you don’t own a church, and you keep seeing a church empty, it shows that such church is spiritually dried. If you go there, you will have yourself to blame except you pray fervently until God convince you to stay.
• If you dream of sweeping in the church, it means you are valueable, humble in the sight of God. It also portend that you are broken and obedient. When you keep sweeping your church, it is sure revelation that your way will soon open and your joy will manifest. Don’t give up. Let people begin to mock, be rest assured, the mockery will turn to testimony.
• If you dream that people are fighting in the church, it means such church is currently facing some spiritual battles. So praying for your church or other churches in the world can promote the love towards you.
• If you dream that a pastor is touching your head in the church, Be careful with the way you meet any pastors to pray for you. So when a pastor touched your head, it means your virtues have been stolen. Restoration can occur through prayers and fasting. Someone says, if he is my pastor then you need to pray against evil laying of hands. Please be informed that devil also performs miracles. • If you dream that you ran into a church, it means you have come to find a place of comfort, peace and joy with God. So you have the authority to pray for your church protection, growth and progress.
• If you dream of crying in a church, it means you are sharing your emotion, burdens in tears with the Holy Spirit. Don’t worry, that tears of sorrow will be converted to tears of joy (Psalm 126:1)
• If you dream that you are outside the church, it indicates you are yet to be saved. Perhaps, sin is hindering your salvation, your righteousness and your deliverance. Please deal with the strongman in you that wants you to continue this kind of life.
• If you dream that a church caught fire, or the roof of your church is leaking, That’s a demonic sign that your church has been marked down spiritually for destruction. The leaking part is an arrow of projection into the church. These are some of the attacks church should expect, but the Lord who has always been there for his servants will send such attacks back to the senders.
• If you see a church is dark in the dream, it means there is high level of witchcraft manipulation being practiced by some elements in the church. Please pray for God to open your eyes to know this kinds of church you may avoid in future.
• If you dream of taking communion in the church , it means to establish a personal relationship with Christ and to partake in the fruit of the spirit. This types of dream keeps you away from sin and gives you the ability to abide by His promises.

DREAM ABOUT THE CHURCH – BIBLICAL AND SPIRITUAL MEANING

Hebrews 10:25, ”Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another:and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”

If you dream that you are inside a church for the purpose of meeting a pastor means you are seeking for spiritual guidance and prayer support. If such pastor is a known person and can be accessible, its a divine message for you to meet him to support you in prayers.  If the pastor is not known or his anointing is questionable, this dream reveals that God is asking you to meet any pastor who will pray along with you to see you out of this problem. There are many of them. With prayers, God can lead you to the right person or pastors.

If you are aspiring to be a pastor, prophet, evangelist etc, it is likely you are dreaming about your areas of calling in the church. Contrary to people’s view, it is perfectly normal to be sweeping, washing the toilet, being a gate-man of your church. Even if you are a big man, it doesn’t mean a bad omen to have found yourself in that department.

When you obey God’s voice, you will blossom and prosper in life. If in the dream you’re happy and excited, a church dream might reveal this to be a positive change. You may have some difficulties in making yourself useful in His vineyard. Or, more simply, you have discovered your place of worship but the level of change is not accessible in that church. However, How you deal with this change in the dream might change your perspectives about some churches.

However, if you are  not happy with the way some people treated you in your dream about the church, it means you are likely not to receive your blessings in full in that church because of this set of people.  This dream could be related to a lost of salvation, holiness or change in your relationship with God. Certain changes in life for the worse can make one feel depressed or hopeless as the case maybe.

Have a think about what the pastor represent in this type of your dream. If the pastor is good at preaching, praying or performing miracle, maybe you are worried about what he said or does in the church. Maybe you are worried that you are going to waste your time while attending the church programmes.  If his operation is not in line with God’s directives, you may not grow or have a divine encounter.  In most cases, dreaming about the church might be because you are looking for a connection  with your pastor or another pastor.

The Bible also makes it clear that there are good leaders and bad leaders in the church (1 and 2 Timothy, and Titus). By the fruit they possess, (you will know them) you can able to distinguish between the good and the bad. It’s also clear that the lives of God’s children are deeply affected not only by the teaching of the pastors, but also by the example they set for their members. So, when a pastor is gradually dropping off his original assignment, and thereby embracing more lucrative calling that is prosperity inclined, then devil is ruling his ministry.

However, there may be situations in which, largely due to a failure of leadership, a person may find themselves in a church where sin is going unchallenged. Again, in that situation, there are possibilities for the person who wants to stay and keep standing up for holiness and repentance to leave such place of worship. However, if the Holy Spirit keeps telling you to stay or walk away, listen first and obey accordingly.

Dreaming about seeing many people praying inside a church means that the Holy Spirit is telling you to start attending a prayer church, a church that deals with deliverance. Another meaning shows that joining a prayer group of your church might be helpful to you in large capacity. However, if you dream that many are falling under God’s anointing, it reveals a sign or message that God also dwells in that church. Similarly, a dream where people are praying, singing or studying the Bible may also symbolize that it is time for you to establish a good relationship with God and good people you may known them to be highly disciplined in faith.

The altar of a church is a place of power, and sacrifice, however, it has other several spiritual interpretations. For example, if you dream of a church altar, it means that God is letting you to contact that altar through prayers and confession. Many have received lots of miracles by laying hands on their church altar. Dreams where the church altars have been manipulated for evils purposes, for example, by burying things, or plating charms on it, then it is time for you to stay away from such altar if only the revelation is associated with your present church.  Or perhaps, you see a person spraying water or something on the altar without the permission of the authority in the reality, please with matter of urgency, raise a quick alarm to attract people.

Dream about your church can also be triggered by the problem in the church, ranging from lack of love, tribalism, too often judge an accused person. In your waking life, you may feel that you have been abandoned, rejected, denied freedom to act. These are some of the thoughts that may tell you to leave the church.

It is common to see people judging people in our churches today, this prevent lots of people to work for God. Dream about churches can actually assist you in moving forward in your waking life, come to the spirit of accepting Christ as the Lord and personal saviour. Are you feeling insecure, threatened in your current church? If you are feeling abandoned by a person in your church, the message you need to examine is who do you feel is letting you down right now in church? Maybe you feel like someone is going to pull you down. Or perhaps you just have this all over basic fear that your pastor doctrine is tantamount to hell.

Your dream could be suggesting that you have to stand your ground whether they are against your attitude or not. Kindly pray to God show you the way out. The best way to leave a false church is to embark on fasting and prayers, constantly remind God the names of the ministry and the head, this will help the Holy Spirit to take a quick step towards your requests.

DREAM ABOUT FALSE CHURCH  – OCCULT

1 John 4:1-6, ”Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God:because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God:Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God:and this is that [spirit] of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them:because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.They are of the world:therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. We are of God:he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.”

How to leave a false church

1. Pray fervently
2. Discuss it with trusted Christian friends.
3. Read your Bible oftentimes.
4. Take a short break off the church and go to a place to pray about it.
5. Study your dream about church, pastors and its environment.

If you find yourself in a false church, you will have problem to move out. Why? Because you have been hypnotize to believe all the abracadabra miracles and heresies from the occult pastor. However, if you also dream where your pastor or a particular pastor is in the kingdom of darkness, it might look so funny that a famous and well respected man of God is in the dark rooms of the wicked, it might be his power is attached to the hand. Or perhaps, the enemy is using his face to deceive you so that you can leave his church. But in all, you have to put it into prayers. There are lots of churches springing up on a daily basis as if God is giving them awards. But this is a selfish motives.

If you dream of occult people in a church, observe a known person among that group, because such dream is mysteriously wicked. I want to warn you that, if you are worshiping in a false or wrong church, please jump out. Not all miracles church are signs that God loves or support the pastor’s act of  operation. You have to be vigilant, because we are in endtime where all sorts of strange demonstrations are happening in our churches.

Be wise and be aware, but before you leave any church, take some time to evaluate your own motives or actions. Any problems that you see might be a result of your own perception and not really issues at all. Your inclination to avoid a particular church may be valid, but it could also be your own pride thinking you deserve better care, love and attention. Always check yourself and your motives.

How to know you are in a wrong church

1. Preaching about prosperity too often
2. Too much entertainment that attracts the attention of youths singing, dancing, etc.
3. No sound biblical doctrines and truths.
4. Sin is not being mentioned or silently mentioned in the church (Rom 3:23)
5. They don’t believe in hell or the need for repentance (James 2:19).

THE WAY OUT OF THE WRONG CHURCH

1. Please make Jesus as your friend, father, and instructor.
2. Release yourself by giving your life to Christ and let Jesus break you again.
3. Lack of spiritual discernment can make a person to waste his or her time in a wrong church. Ask God to give you the spirit of discernment. You can gain this spirit by fleeing from sin.
4. Be praying and fasting Christian in season and out of season.
5. Be very vigilant while making the prophet your best friend.
6. Ask the Holy Spirit to forgive you and bring mercy back unto you.
7. Break the seed of false prophets prayers upon your head.
8. Be free to leave that church that preaches for prosperity and silent about heavens and sins.
9. Pray for the leader of the church, that God remove whatever spirit that is manipulating him.
10. Call forth the name of that church for total reformation.
